What is your shipping policy?

New Zealand. Packages should be received within 7 business days from dispatch. Bulky Item Delivery. We use Couriers Please as our delivery partner when shipping selected bulky items including Volcom Luggage. Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Boxe

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs

To ensure you get your gifts in time for Christmas. Your online order must be placed by 12pm AEDT:. Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas. READ OUR FULL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDI

Track My Order

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minute

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping for domestic orders only when the order value is over $75+. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.

Split Shipments

Your order may be split into several parcels as we dispatch from multiple warehouses. If this is the case for your order, you should receive multiple tracking numbers via your shipment notification email. Learn more about how to Track Your Order here

Can I ship to a PO Box address? (PO Box, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect or MyPost)

Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect & My Post addresses are limited to Standard ATL Shipping option only. We cannot ship Exrpess Post or Bulky Orders to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect or My Post address.
