Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam filter.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 8 hours for the tracking number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
How to track the status of your order:
- You will receive tracking status notifications via email from our shipping partners.
- Your exclusive tracking link will display the latest status of your parcel as well as carrier details.
- You can also track your parcels on the Shippit website by entering your Shippit Tracking ID into the tracking tool Shippit | Tracking Tool.
Additionally, once your order is confirmed at checkout, you will be able to select any of the following options to easily receive and be notified of shipping and delivery updates:
- Track your order with SHOP
- Get shipping updates by text
You can also log into your Customer Account using your Email Address & Password to view previous order confirmations, order statuses, tracking numbers as well as your customer account details and delivery addresses associated with your online orders.
