We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $75.00, and free returns on all online orders at this time.

FREE Standard Authority to leave on orders $75.00+

$9.99 Standard Authority to leave on orders under $75.00

Express Authority to leave at $14.99

Authority to leave (ATL) allows packages to be left at address without signing.

Please note shipping times reflect business days and does not include order fulfilment period.

Shipping times:

Metro: 2-4 Days

Regional: 4-7 Days

Express: 2-3 Days (No PO Boxes)

New Zealand

Packages should be received within 7 business days from dispatch

Order processing times:

Standard: 2-3 Days

Express: 1 Day

Packages should be received within 2-4 working days for metro areas, and between 4-7 days for regional areas. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note: Fridays, weekends, national / state/ region public holidays and peak periods may affect dispatch and shipping times.

If it has been more than the specified days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you.

Bulky Item Delivery

We use Couriers Please as our delivery partner when shipping selected bulky items including Volcom Luggage. Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect. The estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 1-7 days (7-14 days for regional areas)

Please Note: We ask that you enter your address carefully when purchasing bulky items. *Volcom takes no responsibility if your order is delivered to the incorrect address entered.

Stolen Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Captain Fin Australia is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
