We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order!
Simply contact our Customer Service team via our Help Center or email [email protected] and provide your Volcom Order Number as well as a photo of the item received and the name and style number of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.
Once confirmed, one of our representatives would be more than happy to email you a pre-paid return label to have the product returned to us and once received the correct item will be immediately reshipped to you at no cost.
While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation!
