How do I make a return within Australia?Updated 9 months ago

We accept the return of full price & sale items returned within 30 days of purchase provided your item(s) are unused, unworn and undamaged, and include all original tags, labels and retail packaging. We do not accept the return of items marked as 'FINAL SALE'.


How to Return

Remember to reuse the original packaging and ensure you include only unused, unworn and undamaged items (including all tags, labels and retail packaging). You must also return any free promotional items you received with your original order.

You will need your order number & email address you entered when placing your order and follow the steps to initiate your return and create your return label. 

Complete the fields to submit your return.

Once submitted, you will be emailed your unique QR code.

Print your label at home or bring your packaged return to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they'll print one for you.

Choose to drop your return at any Post Office or Australia Post Box.

You'll be emailed tracking details so you can follow your return back to our warehouse.

Enter your tracking number. This can be found on your return's postage label


Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately.

Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted from future payment installments.

Klarna refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once your return has been processed. Refunds are processed in different ways, depending on the status of your payment schedule, how much you have paid and if the store has processed a full or partial refund - more info.

Zip Pay refunds will be visible in your account and will be credited with the agreed refund amount. The funds will then be put towards your owing balance or depending on the refund amount your account may be placed in credit.

Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution.


Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
