If goods are purchased between 1st November 2024 - 24th December 2024, we will allow a refund of those goods if returned by 22nd January 2025 provided the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged, if you have proof of purchase, and have complied with the conditions of sale.

We understand you'd like to hide the prices on your gifts however, we cannot accept returns if the price tag has been tampered with or removed, so be sure to keep all the price tags intact!

Additionally, if you had a promotional item in the order you're returning, you must also return the promotional item along with the items you wish to return in order to be refunded.

Returns that do not meet our return policy will be returned to sender (RTS) and no refund will be processed.

To make a return on a faulty item or to commence a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance by heading to the Contact Us page and lodging a contact form. One of our Customer Service team will respond as soon as possible. If the matter is urgent, please chat with our Customer Service team here during the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm AEST Monday-Thursday and 9:00am - 4:00pm Friday (excludes major public holidays).
