We would be more than happy to set you up with a warranty claim to see what we can do to help repair or replace your item as long as it falls within our warranty period and was purchased from an authorised dealer.
To initiate your warranty claim, we simply request you email our Customer Service team and send 1-2 images of the defective product, a copy of your proof of purchase or bank statement, and the below information.
